I usually wear a medium or small in most shirts, I ordered the medium and it was uncomfortably small. I emailed to inquire about an exchange and received an email pretty quickly, but was informed they don’t pay for returns/exchange postage. I wasn’t going to be able to wear the shirt so decided to pay to send it back and exchange. I never received any correspondence for 10+ days and for over a week after I got a delivery receipt. I finally emailed and was told their person was on vacation and would get back to me when she got back. I understand small businesses and not having multiple people handling the same thing, but if there’s going to be a large timeframe of absence, communication should still be occurring via someone at least providing an update or Out Of Office reply. I received the new large shirt and it fits fine, but fits more like a large. Makes me wonder if I received a miss-marked shirt that was actually a small. But I’m not going to pay for shipping again.
