Our biltong is made with all-natural bison meat that’s thinly sliced, seasoned and slowly air-dried to perfection. No added sugar, no fillers, no preservatives and just 6-8 all natural ingredients and gluten free.

The bison sticks are great. I wanted a protein snack with no sugar and good ingredients. I’m glad I tried them. Some of them are now stocking stuffers!
Finally a jerky that I look forward to eating. It's so smooth, tasty on the tongue and so so easy to eat. I like the shredded bag stuff better than the jerky sticks. I would recommend this to a friend, but not an enemy.

It honestly was some of the best beef jerky I’ve ever had. Just wish I could get more bang for my buck because I ate it so fast haha. I understand though when the quality is that incredible. Keep up the great work.
I was so excited to try the cranberry/jalepeno flavor. They did NOT disappoint! My entire family loved them - even our 5 year old! Will order more very soon!!
